Full House Rental:
It is possible to rent the full house on a weekly basis. That would include 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and one twin bedroom. All have private baths. Air mattresses and a crib are also available. Rental includes a full kitchen, library, dining room and multiple common areas.

Nightly Room Rates:
Large rooms with Queen bed, private bath $155/night
Twin beds (2) in smaller room with private
bath on different floor $85/night
All room rates include full hot breakfast, luxury linens, down duvets, feather beds, air conditioning and wi-fi. A 9% Room and Meals tax will be added. There is a handicap accessible room. Dogs usually welcomed (check first).
David Sumner Room
Sumner Mansion has been hosting weddings, large and small, for over 20 years. Sometimes that has included rehearsal dinners, and usually has included a family brunch the morning after. Whatever the size, the event has been tailored to the bridal couple's preferences, and those have been as varied as the people themselves. For some the important aspect has been the food or the music or the dancing or even the photography, but for all, the backdrop has been this warm and beautiful country home that allows people to mingle freely and share in the celebration.
Sumner Mansion is large enough to easily accommodate 88+ people at a time for a sit down meal and still leave room for a dance floor in front of the library's fireplace. Larger events can be accommodated inside if the food does not require a sit down meal. And of course, it is always possible to rent a tent on the spacious lawn for even larger events.
Hosting any event at Sumner Mansion is made easier and more cost effective because many things are included in the rental fee. Tables, tablecloths, chairs, china, glassware (wine, champagne, water goblets, cocktail , pilsner), silverware and many serving dishes for up to 100 are made available and eliminate the need for rentals. Food and liquor is not provided, but we have a list of caterers who have used our kitchen on numerous occasions. We can also recommend florists, musicians of all sorts, photographers, and other service providers.
